Trying to stay motivated

Nancy, Thanks for posting all you do. That in itself motivates me. I will post what I've done just because I need to be held accountable for what I don't do. Since last Tuesday - not yesterday but the Tuesday before that - this is what I've done. It's pretty pathetic compared to Nancy. Didn't do anything Wed, Thur, Fri (sad) - Ran three miles on my treadmill on Saturday. Sunday (general conference) zero, Monday ran/walk two miles, Tuesday = zero, Wednesday (today) I ran/walk for 40 minutes and came home and did some Turbo Jam. About an hour and fifteen minutes in all - couldn't walk afterwards. I sure do feel a lot better the days I get r done. It seems to help if I start early - meaning before my kids wake up.

Hey you guys. I've been reading the blog but the day I tried to comment I wrote a big paragraph only to have it not work. In fact let me try this out.

Hey it worked. Ugh! I know computers are great but by the time I work through the endless filters, realize I've forgotten my password, go to e-mail, think of a new one. (I'm sure I've got 800 different passwords) I'm ready to forget the whole thing.
I'm just happy to be here now though!
By the way - it will be Sister Clement until I figure out how to change it. I set up a blog for my YW then decided I better not post photos of the girls - I might get in trouble with some parents!
So, first of all, the photo of me is hideous but I guess it does do the trick of motivating me to exercise. Thanks Laura. The funny thing is this blog is helping me (and the fact that we are going to St. George next week and I spent at least one hour in a dressing room two days ago trying to fit my butt cheeks into a swimsuit. (By the way, can we have this blog be personal. That's my vote or I might clam up. I'm shy you know.)
Anyway - Hapari swimsuits are amazing - they can fit anyone, but boy is it hard to buy a swimsuit.
So I have tried to exercise more since Jan. I do a Slim in Six Weeks DVD that I like because she works every part of my bod. But - I'm sure it's nothing compared to your 620powerht whatever you guys are doing. Jenny (Clement) does that one.
Sun came out and I've gone running twice. Mon and today. I felt better than I usually do when I start running for first time in a while. I guess due to DVD. I will work on the 30 min straight. I was actually doing a few sprints (well fast for me!) in between running, jogging, walking because I just read it's such a fat burner. My knees aren't hurting yet either!
So thanks Nanci for starting this on my 40th birthday. Thanks Laura for the lovely wallpaper (by the way I love your cute blog but it's a bit intimidating.) You are a great photographer so please take a better one of me. You can do my hair like Jennika's. Thanks to your blog referral we worked on each other's hair during conference and the girls looked cute. (You should have seen Craig.) Hi Lori & Christi!
Now I'm I can comment I can't stop talking!

One more thing!
I would like to run (jog, walk, pant) with you girls. I do a babysitting trade and have Wed & Thur mornings from 9:30 to 12:30 free. (Except when I babysit every other week). If those days don't work I'm flexible - Ethan has lots of friends and family he can visit. Let me know what works for you and I'll work around it.
